KIENINGER GRANDFATHER MSU CABLE DRIVEN KIT
This grandfather clock kit has a high quality Kieninger MSU cable driven triple chime movement. The Kieninger MSU movement plays 4/4 Westminster, Whittington, or St. Michaels each quarter and strikes the full hour. Includes the Automatic Night shut off (ANSO) feature (chimes stopped from 10:00pm - 7:15am). Movement has an automatic beat adjustment, overwind power, removable cable drums, and bronze bushings. Movement comes complete with hands, second hand, pendulum leader, pulleys, and genuine Kieninger crank.
Elegant, polished brass moving moon dial with silver chapter ring, gold Arabic numerals, and silver secondhand time ring. Has antiqued, raised middle and corner ornaments. Right selector: Whit., St. Mich., Westm, and Silent. Left selector: Strike, Night Off, and Silent. Size: 16 7/16" X 11 13/16". Labeled "Howard Miller" and "Ambassador Collection".
Polished complete weight sets (weight shell, hook/nib, and weight core). Weight requirements are driven by the lyre pendulum and are 6.6, 8.8, and 8.8 pounds.
Chime block has 12 rods which mate to the movement rear hammers. The 12-rod configuration is 8 x 4, and the chime block mounts at the case back.
Kieninger 116cm polished matching pendulum is genuine German-made.
