KIENINGER WESTMINSTER CHIME MOVEMENT MS011 CHROME CABLES - 130CM PENDULUM
Kieninger MS011 cable driven three weight movement geared for 130 cm pendulum with chrome cables.
The MS movement right selector supports Westminster (8 rear hammers in a 4x4 configuration) or silent. The left selector supports night shut off, silent, and strike. The night shut off is the ANSO (Auto Night Shutoff) feature. When the ANSO night shut off is activated the chimes or strike are automatically turned off between 10:00 p.m. and 7:15 a.m.
The movement supports a recommended lyre or wood stick style pendulum. The lyre pendulum bob should be 270mm (10 1/2"), 220mm (8 1/2"), or 165mm (6 1/2") diameter and if a wood stick pendulum the bob should be 165mm (6 1/2") or 140mm (5 1/2") diameter. Also supported is a compensation pendulum with polished 200mm bob with special regulation screw on top.
Movement plate size: 200mm W x 142mm H.
Plate thickness: 2.0mm (Note: the MS series has 2.0mm plate thickness as compared to the KK series at 2.5mm)
Hand shaft length: 47.5mm L.
BPH (Beats per Hour): 3600. Beats per hour refers to the number of times a balance wheel rotates within a 60-minute span. The rate is calculated from the length of the pendulum and the total gear ratio of the time train. The movement includes the suspension spring, three chrome cables, and hand nut on front hand shaft. The movement does not include the hands, pendulum leader, chrome pulleys, winding crank, pendulum, or the seat board/mounting hardware.

This movement was used by many clock manufacturers such as Sligh and Howard Miller 354652.
Recommend using the German made Etsyntha 859 oil for lubrication.

- The failure must be due to a manufacturing defect.
- You must return the movement without modifications or damage.
- The warranty covers only replacement of the movement, not labor or other costs.
