WEIGHT SHELL COMPLETE ASSEMBLY SET OF 3 BRUSHED BRASS FOR HERMLE 1151-050 LARGE BOB
Set of 3 weight assemblies (40 x 264mm) for Hermle 1151-050 and 1151-053 chain movements that utilize a lyre pendulum with a LARGE bob greater than 6 1/2" (165mm). Solid brushed brass polished weight shells.
Includes:
- Three weight core inserts: one at 2,150 grams (4.7 lb.) and two at 3,300 grams (7.3 lb.). Internally threaded on both ends (~19mm deep) for 5mm hook and nib, included. Weight core is not drilled through and therefore does not require a center rod.
Core size: 39mm diameter x 235mm (9 1/4") L.
- Shell caps have straight edges.
- Each shell has a male weight hook and male nib.
- Hermle 1151 brushed brass weight shells (40 x 264mm) made in Germany.
Weight assembly use details:
- Hermle 1151-050 and 1151-053 movements with LARGE bob: 4.7 lb. weight on the strike hour side and the two 7.7 lb. on the Time and Chime sides.
SOLD AS A SET OF 3 COMPLETE WEIGHTS.
Note: Shipped in single box with weight core insert separate from weight shell. Requires assembly of the weight core insert into the shell and hook/nib screw-in attachment. Weight shell must be handled with gloves.
