WEIGHT SHELL COMPLETE ASSEMBLY SET OF 3 SOLID BRASS FOR HERMLE 451 WITH A WOOD STICK PENDULUM
Genuine Hermle German-made high quality solid brass polished set of 3 weight assemblies (50 x 235mm). For Hermle 451 chain movements that utilize a wood stick pendulum with 6.5" or smaller diameter bob.
Includes:
- Three weight core inserts: two at 2150 grams (4.7 lb.) and one at 3,000 grams (6.6 lb.). Internally threaded on both ends (~19mm deep) for 5mm hook and nib, included. Weight core is not drilled through and therefore does not require a center rod.
Core size: 45mm diameter x 225mm (8 3/4") L.
- Shell caps have straight edges.
- Each shell has a male weight hook and male nib.
- Solid brass polished weight shells (50 x 230mm) made in Germany.
Weight assembly use details:
- Hermle 451-030, -050, -053, and -053H chain movements with wood stick pendulums: 6.6 lb. weights on the chime side and the 4.7 lb. on the time and hour strike sides.
SOLD AS A SET OF 3 COMPLETE WEIGHTS.
Note: Shipped in single box with weight core insert separate from weight shell. Requires assembly of the weight core insert into the shell and hook/nib screw-in attachment. Weight shell must be handled with gloves.
