HERMLE 1051-850 66CM CLOCK KIT WITH ROMAN DIAL
This is a Hermle 1051-850 66cm clock kit that is New Old Stock (NOS). The movement is a triple chime and dated at 2002 from a Hermle invoice in the box. The clock movement has been recently professionally lubricated.
These movements were often used in wall clocks (same as the Hermle 1151). Hermle 1051 Chime Block Set
The kit includes:
- Original Hermle instructions.
- Hermle HM1051-850 Triple Chime (Westm, St. Michael, and Whitt.) spring and weight driven movement. The movement has a time train (middle train) double pulley for two 40 x 264mm weights that should have 3 pounds each. The weight shells and cores are not included. Movement made in Germany.
- Finest quality roman numeral white porcelain dial with polished brass bezel rim. Bezel O.D. 200mm (7 7/8"). Outside edge of time track: 6 9/16" diameter. NOTE: the dial has a slight dimple between the hand arbor hole and the right winding arbor hole (see picture). Made in Germany.
- Serpentine hands.
- Original Hermle nickel clock key.
The kit does not include any case wood or case hardware or or chime block or weights or chime selector extension rod.
