KWM BUSHING MACHINE CUSTOM CENTER SHAFT WITH JACOBS CHUCK
Exciting new tool for the KWM bushing machines that provides use of either KWM or Bergeon tools. The Jacobs chuck supports quick and easy changing of tools saving you time and no adapters are required. In addition, tools that can be placed in a Jacobs chuck can be used.
The upright custom center shaft replaces the old KWM shaft. Simply remove the old center shaft from your KWM bushing machine, place the new custom center shaft without the chuck through the brass center shaft bushing, replace the c-clip on the center shaft top, and place the chuck on the shaft end. Press the chuck onto the center shaft. The chuck can be replaced in the future if needed with some work. The chuck has a hole through the sleeve length.
The center shaft spindles are best suited for Flume KWM or Elma bushing machines.
Overall center shaft length: 7 5/8"L. Chuck jaws support 1/32" to 1/4" shaft tools.
