Black straight pointer with brass knob.
Made by Taylor for Taylor Model #34522A.
The Taylor barometer glass is NOS (New Old Stock) from a Seattle firm and is nice quality.
The Taylor thermometers company began in 1851 and in 1900 they bought Short & Mason an English maker of high quality weather instruments. Over the decades Taylor Instruments Corp. was purchased by companies such as Sybron Corp., Combustion Engineering, and ABB.
Note: the glass edge is NOT beveled.
