CHIME ROD SET 8x4 V-SHAPED TRIPLE CHIME WITH BRASS RODS
Very rare chime block set. V-shaped 12 rod chime set in a 8 x 4 configuration. These large high quality chime block sets were used by Jauch for triple chime movements.
Screw-in brass metallic rods on a wide base. Eight side the longest rod is 22 1/4" L and shortest 15 3/4" L. Four side the longest rod is 26" L and shortest 18 1/4" L. Rods measured from base back to rod tip. Note on the 4 rod side, the two shorter rods are nearly the same length and the other two longer rods are also nearly the same length.
The longest rods are at the back of the case/bottom of block base.
Chime block height: 4"H.
Base: 4 1/2"W x 4"L. Base has a shield style engraving.
Four mounting holes for mounting to back of case.
Made in Germany.
