CHIME ROD SET V-SHAPED 12 ROD ON LARGE BASE FOR JAUCH PL-96 OR PL-100 TRIPLE CHIME
Rare triple chime block. V-shaped 12 rod chime set in a 8 x 4 configuration on a large base block. The base is marked "M1" and "15024".
These large high quality chime block sets were used by Jauch for the PL-96 or PL-100 triple chime movement. The triple chimes: Westminster, St. Michael, and Whittington. The hour strike comprises a reverse chord of 4 rods.
Screw-in blued steel rods on a large base. Eight side the longest rod is 22 1/4" L and shortest 15 5/8" L. Four side the longest rod is 26" L and shortest 18 1/2" L. Rods measured from base back to rod tip.
Base: 4 1/4"W x 3 3/4"L.
Four mounting holes for mounting to back of case. Chime block is new old stock.
Made in Germany.
